Can I sell my land through City Lands?+
Yes, you can. We have a dedicated 'Sell Your Land' page where property owners can submit their details. Once submitted, our team will review the documentation, visit the site, and if everything checks out, we will list your property to connect you with our vetted buyers.
What legal documents do I get when I buy property from you?+
Upon successful payment, you will receive all necessary legal transfer documents. These typically include an Indenture (Deed of Conveyance), an approved Site Plan, and where applicable, a Land Title Certificate or consent letters. We also guide you through the process of registering the land in your name.
Do you offer payment plans?+
Payment terms depend on the specific property and the owner's terms. While some prime properties require outright payment, others may be open to short-term installment plans. Please inquire about the specific property you are interested in.
